This Demo Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Staub Electronics, with its principal place of business located at 160-11791 Hammersmith Way, Richmond, BC, V7A 5C6 ("Staub") and “the Customer” (as defined above), having a principal place of business at the Bill to Address set forth on this Agreement. This Agreement is made between Staub Electronics and the Customer for the purpose of demonstrating the Staub product(s). By executing this Agreement, customer agrees to not sell the products for display for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Additionally, Customer agrees to pay Staub Electronics for the full value of consideration Customer receives for the sales of Product(s) to its customer, for a period less than one year from the date of purchase. Once approved, you will receive a quote from your Business Development Manager with the approved pricing. Not all applications will be approved for demo discount.
